National Franchise Awards -Top Performance

Patricia Langhorne, owner of  Meetings at Sea, a cruise only travel agency, ran away the clear winner by receiving five of the seven "Top Performance" awards at  the CruiseOne/World Travel Holdings, Inc. National conference in October, 2007.

400 franchises were represented at the six day event which began at the Marriott Hotel in Miami,  and was followed by five days of workshops hosted by a majority of national brand cruiselines aboard the new NCL "Pearl".

CruiseOne franchisees nationwide are a division of World Travel Holdings, a major player in cruise travel sales worldwide. The 500 CruiseOne franchise network nationwide is supplemented by an additional 500 individual "Cruises Inc" home-based specialists.

Patricia's company Meetings-at-Sea, Inc.d/b/a CruiseOne of Stuart, FL was founded in 1998 to acquire the CruiseOne franchise in Stuart.

Her awards included the "Admirals Club" award for annual sales exceeding $1.3 million for the preceding year; "Highest luxury sales volume in a single month"; "Most innovative niche marketing"; "Highest luxury cruise sales"; plus an individual award from Azamara Cruises, a new luxury cruise division of RCCL./Celebrity cruiselines.
